U.S. Domestic Shipping 

Domestic Orders

  • FREE and fully insured USPS Registered mail is included in our prices.  FedEx 2nd-Day shipping or FedEx Standard Overnight is available at additional charge.
  • For PayPal purchases, as per PayPal requirements, we can only ship your order to the address approved by PayPal.
  • Shipping Insurance: All shipments are fully insured. The Watch Chic (TWC) has third party insurance by an experienced insurer who underwrites high-value collectibles, works of art, articles of jewelry, and delicate instruments.  FedEx shipments include DVX high value insurance program of up to $50,000.00 US Dollars.
  • For your security, all orders are shipped with a signature required. Please be sure an adult, who is authorized to sign for your package, will be available at the designated shipping address.
  • We thoroughly check and catalog all watches we sell and verify their functionality before they ship.  Please contact us immediately if something does not seem right with your watch.  We will not accept claims on goods that have been tampered with. 
  • Taxes. All items shipped within the State of Florida will be subject to a 6.0% sales tax charge at the time of purchase.
    • Sales tax is NOT applicable on orders shipped anywhere besides the State of Florida.

International Shipping

  • For international orders, we charge a flat rate of 200.00 USD to ship FedEx Priority International.
  • We do NOT ship to any of the following nations: Ghana, Reunion, Djibouti, Cape Verde Islands, Mali, Botswana, Sierra Leone, Madagascar, Lebanon, Saint Helena, Gambia, Liberia, Rwanda, Seychelles, Libya, Zimbabwe, Gabon Republic, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Lesotho, Mayotte, Nigeria, Mauritius, Guinea, Côte d'Ivoire, Kenya, Chad, Romania, Guinea-Bissau, Eritrea, Senegal, Togo, Morocco, Serbia, Qatar, Burundi, Iraq, Slovakia, Equatorial Guinea, Mauritania, Western Sahara, Congo, Malawi, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Comoros, Angola, Algeria, Benin, Tunisia, Zambia, Uganda, Russian Federation, Somalia, Swaziland, Egypt, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Namibia, Niger, Tanzania, Ukraine, Burkina Faso. TWC reserves the right to refuse shipment to any location without prior notice.
  • Additional PayPal payment restrictions may apply to international locales in addition to those referenced above.
  • Additional costs, such as customs, import duties, VAT, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or the shipping costs. These charges are the buyer's sole responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to initiating a transaction.
  • Please be aware that we MUST declare the amount that you paid for your watch on the international invoice included with the shipment. We cannot declare the watch as a gift/used/or at a lower value.
  • For PayPal purchases, as per PayPal requirements we can only ship your order to the address approved by PayPal.
  • U.S. Postal Service Express and Priority service are employed exclusively for deliveries to APO and FPO destinations; please specify this delivery type when concluding a transaction with your TWC representative.
  • We thoroughly check and catalog all watches we sell and verify their functionality before they ship.  Please contact us immediately if something does not seem right with your watch.  We will not accept claims on goods that have been tampered with. 
  • Everything that leaves our store is fully insured against loss, theft and damage during its transit so you can rest easy knowing that your investment is protected. All of our packages are insured by an independent third party insurance company. Obviously, some of the time an item will exceed the limits of the insurance policy. In such cases, we will use armored services such as Brinks, Malca Amit, and Ferrari Express to get your package to you on time and in immaculate condition. Again, charges for these services will apply and will be provided at the time of purchase.
  • If personal delivery is something that you might be interested in, it involves the fewest people between you and our warehouse and might be the most secure means of getting the piece to you. We have a full time staff member on who does just this and will deliver your product to you personally. They are ready to travel nearly anywhere in the world to deliver your purchase. If you would like this service, let us know and the charges will be discussed and applied at the time of purchase.

Return Shipping

Items that were purchased from our inventory and are not special order pieces may be returned within seven (7) days for a full refund, less a 10 percent restocking fee. To receive a refund on non-special order pieces, you must call us to discuss the situation and receive shipping authorization.

The watch must be in original condition as shipped and inclusive of all packaging, documents, instruments, links, straps, buckles, tags, protective stickers, boxes, and warranties as shipped by TWC. Items must be returned without blemishes, dings, scratches, or any indication that the watch has been worn or sized in any manner. All returned items are subject to a 10 percent restocking fee to cover any finance charges, insurance costs, and shipping expenses.

Any dispute relating in any way for products sold through TWC shall be adjudicated in any court in Dade County, Florida and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
